Homemade Ragi Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup ragi (finger millet )
1/4 cup urad dal
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds (methi seeds)
salt as per taste
Method:
Wash all the above ingredients properly and soak them together in water for about 3-4 hours.
Drain the water and grind into a fine paste by adding little water at a time .Keep it to rest overnight or for 8-9 hours so that the batter is fermented well. Once fermented add the salt and mix well, add water if required.
Take a non stick tawa and heat it then pour a ladle of the batter on the tawa and spread it in circular motion . Sprinkle some oil all over the dosa and cook on medium to high flame till golden brown in colour then flip and cook on the other side also.
Remove in a plate. Repeat the process till all the batter is used.
Serve this healthy Ragi Dosa with potato masala and green chutney.
