Homemade Parwal Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
5 nos parwal/ pointed gourd
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp chaat powder
1/2 tsp salt
some oil for frying
Method:
Peel, wash and dry pat the parwal properly.
In a small bowl mix all the dry spices and keep the masala aside.
Make all over vertical lines on each parwal and slightly level the base of each parwal.
In a non stick pan heat some oil then place one by one all the parwal on it. Cover and cook on low flame till soft and slightly brown in colour. Sprinkle some masala on each one of the parwal. Flip and cook on low flame on the other side too. Sprinkle some masala on it.
When soft and cooked properly remove all the parwal onto a plate.
Enjoy this yummy parwal fry as a side dish with your meals.
