Homemade Green Amla Chutney Recipe

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunch dhania/coriander leaves

  • 3 nos chopped amla/goose berries

  • 5-6 green chillies or as per taste

  • 1/2 inch chopped ginger

  • 2 nos garlic pods chopped

  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp jeera / cumin seeds

  • salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Clean the dhania leaves with a little stalk and then wash it properly.

  2. In a grinder jar add the chopped ginger, garlic, chillies, jeera and amla and grind it finely. Then add the washed dhania leaves, lemon juice, salt and a little cold water. Grind into a fine paste.

  3. Remove in a bowl and if very thick add a little cold water and mix well.

Enjoy this spicy and tangy chutney with your meals or snacks.
