Homemade Green Amla Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
2 bunch dhania/coriander leaves
3 nos chopped amla/goose berries
5-6 green chillies or as per taste
1/2 inch chopped ginger
2 nos garlic pods chopped
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
salt as per taste
Method:
Clean the dhania leaves with a little stalk and then wash it properly.
In a grinder jar add the chopped ginger, garlic, chillies, jeera and amla and grind it finely. Then add the washed dhania leaves, lemon juice, salt and a little cold water. Grind into a fine paste.
Remove in a bowl and if very thick add a little cold water and mix well.
Enjoy this spicy and tangy chutney with your meals or snacks.
