Homemade Sev Puri Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
8 slices white sandwich bread
2 tbsp butter
2 boiled potatoes
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 green chill chopped finely
some chopped coriander leaves
1 onion chopped finely
16 nos bhel puri
1/4 cup nylon sev
1/4 cup green chutney
4 tbsp sweet chutney
2 tbsp red garlic chutney
1/4 tsp chaat masala and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Method:
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Add the chopped green chill, coriander leaves , lemon juice, salt and chaat masala to it and mix well. Keep aside for future use.
Spread some butter and green chutney all over the bread slices.
Take one bread slice and place a bhel puri on each corner of the bread slice. On top of the puris place some mashed potatoes then some chopped onion on top of them. On top of the onion add all the three chutneys then sprinkle some nylon sev and some chaat masala and red chilli powder. Cover the bread with another bread slice. Spread some butter on the sandwich and place it in a sandwich toaster then place the toaster on the gas and cook on low flame till it is brown and crispy on both sides. Alternatively the sandwich can also be grilled in a sandwich griller.
Remove in a serving dish and cut into halves.
Repeat the process for the remaining bread slices.
Enjoy this yummy sev puri sandwiches with some ketchup or chutney.
