Homemade Aloo Suva Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients:
2 big aloo/potatoes
2 bunches dill/ suva/shepu
1 no finely chopped green chilli
1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
salt as per taste
Method:
Peel , wash and cut the aloo into big square cubes.
Remove the stems from the Suva then wash it properly and dry them.Chop the leaves finely .
In a kadia heat 2 tbsp oil then add jeera when it splutters add the turmeric powder and chopped aloo and green chilli . Give it a stir then add the salt . Cover and cook till the aloo are soft.
To it add the suva, chilli powder and 2-3 tbsp water . Mix well and cook again for 4-5 minutes.
Remove in a serving bowl .
Enjoy this yummy and healthy sabzi with chapati.
