Homemade Lebanese Tabbouleh Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 big bunch parsley leaves
2 tbsp pudina/mint leaves
1 no very small tomato
1/2 lemon juice
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp couscous
salt as per taste
Method:
Remove all the stem from the parsley leaves and pudina then wash it properly and allow them to dry completely. When the leaves are dried chop them very finely.
Wash the couscous in a fine sieve and then soak it in 2 tbsp hot boiling water till it soaks in all the water and each grain is separate.
Remove all the seeds from the tomato and chop it very finely.
In a bowl add all the above ingredients then pour the olive oil all over them and squeeze the lemon juice and give it a good toss.
