Homemade Parsley Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 small bunch parsley leaves
1/2 cup paneer /tofu / halloumi cheese
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 lemon juice
1.5 tbsp olive oil
salt as per taste
Method:
Remove the stalk form the parsley leaves then wash the leaves and allow them to dry completely.
Chop the dried parsley leaves finely and the paneer into very small cubes.
Then mix the paneer in it.
To make the lemon dressing take a small bowl add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk together.
Pour the lemon dressing all over the parsley salad .
Plate simply, and top with a final grind of black pepper and an extra drizzle of olive oil if desired.
Serve this healthy and delicious salad as an appetizer.
