Homemade Lebanese Spicy Potato Recipe

Ingredients:
4 nos big potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil or any other cooking oil
2 tbsp chilli flakes
4-5 crushed garlic pods
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
salt as per taste
Method:
Peel, wash and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Place them in water and wash them properly. Remove from water and dry them completely.
In a tray place all the chopped dry potatoes cubes and then sprinkle some salt and oil all over them.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes then oven roast the potatoes for 40 -50 minutes till the potatoes are soft and crispy. Remove ad keep aside.
In a pan heat the remaining oil then saute the crushed garlic for a few seconds. To it add the 3/4 quantity of the chopped coriander leaves and cook for a second then add the chilli flakes for another second.Switch off the gas.
Add the oven roasted potatoes to the masala and cook for a minute.
Remove in a serving dish and garnish with the remaining coriander leaves and sprinkle some lemon juice all over them,
