Homemade Bajra Masala Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups bajra atta/flour
1/4 cup besan/ gramflour
1/4 cup methi leaves or 2 tbsp dried fenugreek/kasuri methi
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
4-5 nos green chillies finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
1 tsp ajwain/carrom seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp white sesame seeds / white til
1 tbsp ghee
salt as per taste
oil/ ghee for cooking
Method:
Sieve the bajra and besan atta and put them in bowl . To it add the chopped methi, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt , white til and all the spices . Give it a nice mix.
Slowly add little by little warm water and knead to make a soft dough.
Make equal size balls from the dough.
Take one dough ball and dust some flour . Roll into a medium thickness round disc.
Heat a tawa and grease it with some oil/ghee then place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook on both sides applying oil/ghee till brown spots are seen on both the sides.
Remove onto a plate .
Repeat the process till all the dough is used up.
Enjoy this healthy and delicious bajra paratha with some yougurt and mooli chutney.
