Homemade Cucumber Tambuli Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup curds/yogurt
1 cup water
1 no cucumber
3 nos whole pepper
1/2 tsp jeera /cumin seeds
1 no small green chilli
1/2 inch ginger
2 tbsp fresh coconut
1/4 cup coriander leaves
salt as per taste
Ingredients For Tadka:
1/2 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 no whole red chilli
1 string curry leaves
Method:
Wash, peel and chop the cucumber into small cubes.
In a grinder jar add the chopped cucumber, chilli, ginger, coriander leaves , coconut and jeera. Grind into a fine paste. Remove and keep aside.
In a bowl add the curds , salt and 1 cup water and whisk into a smooth paste.
Add the cucumber paste in the whisked curds .
In a pan heat the ghee then add the jeera when it splutters add the curry leaves and whole red chilli.
Pour it into the Tambuli .
Refrigerate it then pour into glasses.
Enjoy it chilled on its own as a drink.
