Homemade Pesto Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
500 gms Rigatoni or Penne pasta
360 gms basil pesto sauce
1 no small red capsicum
1 no small yellow capsicum
1 no small zucchini
1 no big onion sliced
8-9 nos babycorn
7-8 nos mushrooms
1 no small broccoli
Method :
Boil some water in a vessel with 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil then add the pasta in it and cook till soft. Strain the water and keep aside for future use.
Wash the capsicums, babycorns, mushrooms and onions and then slice them into thin long pieces.
Wash the zucchini but do not peel it. Chop into half moon shape.
Make small florets of the broccoli, Wash and keep aside.
Steam the zucchini, babycorn and broccoli in a steamer or vessel till slightly soft.
In a heavy based vessel heat some oil then saute the onions till pinkish in colour. To it add the mushroom and saute them till slightly cooked . Add the capsicum, babycorn, zucchini and broccoli in it and saute for a minute.
Add the cooked pasta, salt and pepper powder. Stir and mix well.
Lastly add the paste sauce and give it a good mix.
Remove in a serving bowl .
