Homemade Rice Paper Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:
6 nos rice flour paper
1/2 tbsp garlic chopped finely
1 no onion thinly sliced
1/2 red capsicum thinly sliced
1/2 green capsicum thinly sliced
1/2 yellow capsicum thinly sliced
1/2 carrot thinly sliced
200 gms paneer thinly sliced
1/2 zucchini thinly sliced (optional)
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
salt as per taste
Method:
Wash all the veggies and cut them into thin slices. Also cut the paneer into thin slices.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute the garlic then add the sliced onion and cook till pinkish in colour. Then add the sliced carrot and zucchini and cook them till slightly soft but crunchy. In it add all the sliced capsicums and saute for a minute. Lastly add the soya sauce, schezwan sauce, pepper powder , salt and paneer. Stir and toss all the veggies. The filling/stuffing is ready. Switch off the gas and remove onto a plate and allow it to cool.
In a deep wide mouth plate take some water. Place one rice paper in it for just 30 seconds or till the paper is slightly soft.
Remove the rice paper on a chopping board and cut it into half.
Place some filling on one side of the rice paper and roll it as seen in image 2 below.
Repeat till all the wraps/rolls are ready.
Heat some water in a steamer or vessel . Lightly grease a plate with some oil and then place all the rolls on it. Steam the rolls for 5 minutes.
Remove the plate from the steamer and allow them to cool.
Once cooled slowly remove and keep it on a serving dish along with some schezwan sauce.
