Homemade Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup babycorn
1/4 cup zucchini
1/2 cup mix capsicum
1 tsp chopped ginger
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 no chopped green chilli
1/2 tbsp homemade schezwan sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp white til/sesame seeds
Method:
Wash all the above veggies properly and dry pat them.
Slice the mushrooms , chop the babycorn and carrots into medium size round pieces .
Cut the capsicum into medium half inch square pieces and the zucchini into half moon shape.
In a heavy non stick pan heat 2 tbsp oil then saute the garlic, ginger and chilli. To it add firstly the chopped babycorn, carrot, zucchini and broccoli . Cook on high flame for a minute stirring and tossing continuously or till the veggies are slightly soft but crunchy. Then add the mushroom and capsicum and saute for another one minute.
Mix the soya ,vinegar, schezwan sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl then pour it all over the veggies and give it a good toss.
Remove the stir fry veggies in a serving bowl/ plate and sprinkle some white sesame seeds all over them.
