Homemade Paneer Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
6 nos bread slices & 2 tortilla wraps
250 gms paneer fresh or frozen
2 nos chopped onions
1 no tomato slice
4-5 nos chopped green chillies
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp pepper
salt as per taste
Method:
If paneer is fresh grate it and if it is frozen soak it in water for 10-15 minutes then drain and mash it . Keep aside for future use.
In a bowl add the grated/mashed paneer then the chopped chillies, onions, coriander leaves, chaat masala and salt. Mix well .
Take one slice of bread and spread good quantity of the paneer mixture on it then place some sliced tomato on the top, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them. Place another bread on top of it.
Repeat the process for the remaining bread slices.
Grease a gas toaster then place a paneer sandwich in it. Place the toaster on the gas on low flame and cook on both sides till brown and crispy . Remove on a plate and cut into half.
Similarly you can take a tortilla wrap then place a generous amount of the paneer mixture on one side of the wrap then place some tomato slices on the top as seen in the below image. Place it in a griller and grill it. Remove and cut into half.
