Homemade Sweet Potato Tikki Recipe

Ingredients:
500 gms sweet potatoes
3 tbsp rice flour
1 no small onion chopped finely
2 -3 nos green chillies chopped finely
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp amchur ( mango powder)
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
Method:
Wash all the sweet potatoes properly. In a pressure cooker boil the sweet potatoes then allow them to cool. Peel them and mash them properly.
In a bowl add the mashed potatoes , chopped onion, chillies, coriander leaves, rice flour ,salt and all the spices. Mix well to form a soft dough.
Pinch some dough and make equal size balls of the entire dough. Flatten them in the form of tikki.
Heat a non stick pan , heat some oil then place a few tikkis on it and cook on low flame till golden brown on one side then flip and cook on the other side too till golden brown on the other side also.
Remove on a plate and repeat the process till all the tikis are cooked.
Place it on a serving dish and enjoy with some ketchup or chutney.
