Homemade Waffle Veg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups idli/ dosa batter
3-4 lecttuce leaves cut into halves
1 no big onion thinly sliced
2 nos tomatoes thinly sliced
1 no cucumber thinly sliced
1/4 cup green chutney
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tsp salt
Method:
Use leftover idli or dosa batter or use ready made/ homemade batter.
Wash al the veggies and slice into round the onion, cucumber and tomatoes thinly.
Grease and then heat a mini waffle maker then pour a ladle of the batter onto the waffle maker. Close and cook till slightly golden brown in colour on both sides .
Repeat the process till all the batter is used up.
Take one waffle and spread some chutney all over it then place a lettuce leaf over it . Place some onion, cucumber and tomatoes slices on it . Sprinkle a little salt and chaat masala all over it. Take another waffle spread some chutney all over it then place this on the top .
To make it more crispy take a non stick pan grease it with some butter and place the waffle sandwich on it and cook on both sides for a minute. Cut into half.
Remove and keep it on a serving dish.
